Most lawn problems start before the turf arrives. We focus on getting the ground right, with the machinery to do it efficiently and the hand finishing to do it properly.
A level lawn
Bumps and dips show up straight away in new turf, and make mowing hard for years.
Healthy roots
Turf laid on loose, even soil roots in faster than turf laid over old grass or compacted ground.
Good drainage
Correct falls keep water away from the house and stop soggy patches.
- Site inspection We look at access, levels, drainage and soil, and recommend the turf that suits your yard.
- Clear the old ground Old lawn, weeds and the top layer are scraped off with machinery and taken away.
- Level with machinery Soil is spread and the site is graded so water drains away from the house.
- Hand finish Levels are adjusted by hand around edges and paths, and everything is raked to a finished level.
- Lay and roll With the whole package, fresh turf is laid and rolled the same way, ready to water in.

Site preparation needs at least 1.3 m of access into your yard. Soil and waste dumping/skip bins extra. A guide only: we confirm after a site inspection.

We’re not a turf farm. We’re a wholesaler and Lawn Solutions Australia centre. Most of our turf is Lawn Solutions Australia varieties, and we also supply other premium varieties from trusted growers.
- Often better value than buying direct. We buy in volume from several growers, so our prices are often lower than going straight to the farm.
